As part of our Information Security Program, you will be responsible for the planning, control, and follow-up of cross-departmental initiatives as our Security Project Manager.
You're also in charge of bringing individuals together to work effectively on a wide range of security issues involving many different countries.
- You will develop solid understanding of Information Security business function including Cyber Security and Security Engineering
- You will be responsible for end-to-end management of project, i.e. all phases of project from project planning, development, execution, monitoring to project close down.
- You will communicate effectively clear, relevant information to project team, executives and project stakeholders
- You will effectively lead project teams in a matrix environment playing a consultative and coaching role to other team members as needed to optimize the efficiency of the project team
- You will hold teams accountable for their commitments, removing roadblocks to their work; leveraging organizational resources to improve capacity for project work
- You should have have prior experience leading medium to large projects preferably in financial industry within the Agile framework for project tracking.
- You should have prior experience working on Information Security Projects (Identity & Access management, Cloud Security, Application Security or Infrastructure)
- You should have ability to blend traditional waterfall and agile methodologies seamlessly.
- You should have the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with project team members and customers.
- You should have demonstrated ability to effectively navigate through complex organizations.
- You should have expertise in Project Management related software and applications, including MS Project, and the MS Office suite of products (Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint, etc.).
- You should have very good communication skills, listening & understanding, flexibility & teamwork
- Care about keeping up with relevant professional standards, emerging threats and impacts on new technology, forecasts, and benchmarks
- Commit to being Customer-oriented with a strong interest in client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments such as Information Security, Information Technology, Legal, Business Continuity, Cloud Operations, Human Resources, Privacy and Facilities, to implement best practices and ensure regulatory compliance on physical security of people, properties, and information.
