We currently have a Administration - Accounts Payable vacancy to join our team.
Finance – Accounts Payable/Receivable
Administration responsibilities on creditors and debtors including but not limited to
- Receiving and inputting invoices
- Issuing, tracking and confirming POs
- Dealing with accounts queries on invoicing / statements
- Filing
- Managing creditors lists
- Managing RCT payments
- Bank reconciliation and checks
- Housekeeping checks on accounts and invoicing
- Remitting payments
- Managing accounts software program
- Running debtors reports and chasing up old/overdue payments
- Accounts and non-accounts e-mail and phone queries
- General office admin
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ experience.
- Strong Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook) experience
- Work well in a busy environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and digital Communication Skills
- Strong Customer Service aptitude.
- Have the ability to multi-task and prioritise well
- Be able to work as part of a team and use initiative when required.
- Attention to detail is essential.
- Fluent in English.
Salary negotiable pending on experience
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: €40,000.00 per year
