Administrator - Accounts Payable [Ireland]


 

We currently have a Administration - Accounts Payable vacancy to join our team.

Finance – Accounts Payable/Receivable

Administration responsibilities on creditors and debtors including but not limited to

  • Receiving and inputting invoices
  • Issuing, tracking and confirming POs
  • Dealing with accounts queries on invoicing / statements
  • Filing
  • Managing creditors lists
  • Managing RCT payments
  • Bank reconciliation and checks
  • Housekeeping checks on accounts and invoicing
  • Remitting payments
  • Managing accounts software program
  • Running debtors reports and chasing up old/overdue payments
  • Accounts and non-accounts e-mail and phone queries
  • General office admin

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience.
  • Strong Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook) experience
  • Work well in a busy environment
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and digital Communication Skills
  • Strong Customer Service aptitude.
  • Have the ability to multi-task and prioritise well
  • Be able to work as part of a team and use initiative when required.
  • Attention to detail is essential.
  • Fluent in English.

Salary negotiable pending on experience

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: €40,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
