The Opportunity
Prepare the weekly and fourteenth payroll and incidents report of the local staff as well as consolidate the information ensuring that the variable amounts are correct To ensure payment in time and form of FrontLine personnel. Manage payment requests and purchase orders for suppliers. Maintain the integrity of the records and internal budget for its control.
Responsibilities:
Your Impact
As Generalista Recursos Humanos your responsibilities would consist of:
- Coordinate personnel controls, including the integrity of the files, rotation rates, retention, food safety, security, mobility and other applicable.
- Control and administration of compensations derived from the Collective Contract.
- Attention, monitoring and solution of internal and external labor problems.
- Control punctuality, absenteeism and lack of personnel.
- Coordinate the control and application of policies in general.
- Ensures the necessary personnel for the operation of the production lines.
- Select external personnel and organize recruitment.
- Select internal personnel and manage career plan.
- Develop strategies to eliminate areas of opportunity regarding absenteeism and turnover.
- Carry out events for the staff to guarantee recognition and integration.
- Actively participate in MOTOR.
- Actively participate in integrating teams.
- Coordinate Quality of Life Committee, Recognition Committee and / or Work Team.
- Develop and innovate In & Out programs to maintain energy and motivation towards the model.
- Carry out the necessary actions to implement and maintain the SGA / SIGLOSS.
- Perform SOC / SOS tours.
- Participate in security audits in general.
- Participate in the food safety self-inspections of your area periodically, as well as in the periodic audits of AIB.
- Support managers in detecting training needs in environmental issues and to raise awareness among all employees on issues.
- Develop and implement the training plan and save the records.
- Manage and develop disabled staff.
- Collaborate in the definition of quality objectives and food safety, according to the requirements of customers and consumers.
- Support in the documentation and analysis of data for the decision making of quality and food safety, through the use of statistical tools (Quality Route, CEP, Kaizen).
- Interpret and apply quality management models: internal quality system and internal and external food security. (Frito-Lay, AIB and HACCP).
- Participate in the food safety self-inspections of your area periodically, as well as in the periodic audits of AIB.
Who Are We Looking For?
- Education
- Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Organizational Psychology, Industrial Engineering or related.
