The Fleet Co-Ordinator is critical to making this happen and will support the Fleet Manager to ensure efficient and effective management of our vehicle fleet, including maintenance, safety compliance, cost control, and optimizing fleet utilization. In this role you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation resources while maintaining high standards of safety and operational excellence. Integrating sustainability into fleet management is becoming increasingly important as we aim to reduce our carbon footprint and demonstrate corporate social responsibility.

The Fleet Co-ordinator will support the development and execution of strategies to optimize vehicle utilization, minimizing fuel consumption and emissions, develop and execute strategies to optimize route planning and vehicle utilization, minimizing fuel consumption and emissions.

Role Type: Permanent, Full-time

What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:

Proven experience in assisting with the management of various fleet portfolios and understanding of the complexity of how a similar corporation of statue operates and processes within

Ability to develop and implement corporate standards and procedures.

Planning and prioritising what needs to be done (including people, process and technology implications) in order to deliver upon customer/user needs and strategic priorities. This includes identifying, planning for, tracking and resolving dependencies.

Executing tasks and contracts to source and procure products and/or services from vendors and other suppliers. This includes monitoring the performance and financial impacts of the contract or service.

Building, maintaining and influencing relationships to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes and helping to foster a healthy working culture. Enabling and facilitating a safe and supportive work or team environment, where our people are inspired and motivated to grow, thrive and deliver value.
