Job Scope:

  • Payroll processing, ensure timely and accurate submissions in all government and related claims, e.g. CPF, Childcare Leave, Maternity/Paternity Leave, NS makeup claims, income tax, etc
  • Handle HR administrative duties
  • Manage employee’s records
  • Assist in User Management for e-Leave
  • Perform daily HR duties from on-boarding to off-boarding
  • Work pass administration including work pass application, renewal, cancellation, exemption, etc
  • Coordinate in renewals of Employee Annual insurance
  • Prepare employment contracts and HR related documents
  • Assist in Expense Reporting
  • Assist in planning company events
  • Assist in any Global HR initiatives
  • Any ad-hoc task as assigned

Requirements:

  • Possess a Degree / Diploma in HR / Business or other related discipline
  • Possess minimum 1 year of Payroll Processing experience
  • Good understanding of MOM labour laws
  • Proactive and keen learner
  • Good team player and ability to work under minimal supervision
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skill

  • Salary: Up to $3200/mth + AWS + VB
